  We ship our jewelry locally and world-wide.

Our jewelry is hand made and shipped three to seven days from order date. Jewelry with stone setting may require longer preparation time.


There are several shipping options:

In Israel:

  • Shipment via Israel postal service using registered mail – free. Shipment is expected to arrive in 21 business days, subject to Postal Service rules.

  • Courier service (Door to Door) – at cost of 30ILS. For purchases over 500 ILS, Courier Shipment is free of charge.

Worldwide shipment:

  • Free shipment is provided using registered mail. Shipment is expected to arrive in 30 business days, subject to Postal Service rules.

  • Shipment may be subject to various taxes and tariffs according to laws and regulations of the destination country. Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.



We pack our jewelry in gift boxes and send them in padded envelopes.

If requested, we will be happy to add a greeting note. You can add the greeting message at the end of the purchase process.


Return and Exchange policy


We will exchange jewelry within 14 days of arrival, with receipt or exchange note.

If exchange or return is required, please contact us as early as possible.

Please make sure the jewelry has not been worn, that it is returned in its original packaging and that the receipt or exchange note is attached.

Please send us the item using registered mail and make sure to attach name and phone number.

We will contact you when the item reaches us and we’ll update you …
We will send the new item in lieu of the returned item via registered mail with no extra charge.


If an order has been placed but not yet delivered, it is possible to cancel the order and get full refund.

If you would like to return a jewelry item that was sent to you and receive a refund, you must notify us by phone immediately upon arrival of the item.

Refund will be given 72 hours from date of arrival, with receipt or exchange note, on condition that the jewelry has not been worn and in its original package.

Money will be refunded within 7 days after the item has arrived back to us.

There will be no refund or credit for the delivery costs.



  Our jewelry is all hand made, using sterling silver 925. Gold items are made of sterling silver and coated with quality plating of 18K gold.

We take every effort that our jewelry will reach you in the best condition. In an event of failure, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to return the jewelry to you as quickly as possible.

We provide a 3-year warranty (from day of purchase) on the gold coating. If required, please send us the jewelry using registered mail, and we will recoat and send it back to you. The shipment cost (from the customer to us) is at the customer’s expense.

Taking care of our jewelry

  To keep our jewelry in the best condition, it should not be worn during sleep, shower or physical exercise. Also, contact with liquids (especially salt water or pool water), perfume, creams or cleaning chemicals should be avoided.

It is recommended keeping the jewelry in a dry place and not in the bathroom.
